MENTAL REPS

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mental Reps ("we," "us," the "app") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built Mental Reps to respect your privacy and collect only what's needed to make the app work.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information — if you create an account, we store an identifier and email so your workouts, streaks, and scores sync across devices.
Workout and activity data — exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest timers, game scores, and streaks you record in the app.
Purchase information — when you subscribe to Mental Reps Pro, Apple processes the payment. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your card details.
Basic technical data — app version, device type, and crash or performance logs used to keep the app stable.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To provide core features — logging workouts, running timers, saving scores, and tracking streaks.
To sync your data across your devices when you're signed in.
To manage your Mental Reps Pro subscription and unlock paid features.
To diagnose bugs, improve performance, and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Mental Reps Pro is billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple under their terms. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We don't store or have access to your payment card information.

DATA SHARING

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app — such as cloud hosting and subscription management (including Apple and our backend providers) — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

YOUR CHOICES

Access or delete your data — email us to request a copy or deletion of your information.
Cancel Pro — manage your subscription through Apple at any time.
Stop data collection — you can stop all collection by deleting the app.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Mental Reps is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
